Marshy Hope Realty was born of the frustrations of a group of agents tired of hearing "we've always done it that way." We all wanted to try a different way!
After much research and planning, Jeanne and Jeff Trice and Roman and Christy Coale joined forces to form Marshy Hope Realty, an independent, full service real estate brokerage.
We believe selling real estate in today's competitive market requires agents to be not only knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic, but also well-versed in cutting-edge marketing and sales techniques. We also believe that remaining independent and focusing locally allows us to react quickly to changes in the local real estate market, and to offer targeted, high quality service to our buyer and seller clients.
